David Garrett, virtuoso German and American pop and crossover violinist (combining classic, jazz, rock, country and folk). He performs the soundtrack music to a video clip about Wassily Kandinsky. David Garrett was just 11 years old when he received his first Stradivari violin from Richard von Weizsäcker, the then President of West Germany, in honor of his performance before him. David Garrett was invited to play the famous San Lorenzo violin by Stradivari. This violin is one the best instruments created by the Italian maestro while in his golden period.
